I love to run. It’s what keeps me balanced - both physically and mentally. If you’re a runner, I’m sure you can relate.

Early in my running journey, I learned the hard way that cars and their drivers don’t always seem to notice, or care about, runners. After a few too many close calls, I decided to purchase a Shoe ID for safety from a well-known emergency ID company. It was a great product - near bulletproof, in fact.

But then we moved, and my Shoe ID needed updating with new information. Naturally, I returned to the same company, satisfied with my original purchase. That’s when I got a shock: the prices had gone up dramatically.

The steep cost led me to do some research. I realized I could make a high-quality ID for myself at a fraction of the price. Not long after, family and friends started asking if I could make IDs for them and their kids, too. That’s when BRECK iD was born - right out of the basement of our home.
