RETURN POLICY

If you have a problem or simply would like to return your BRECK iD product within 30 days of its purchase, simply return the item with your packing list so we can identify your order. If you do not have your packing list, call or email and we will send you a copy. You are responsible for the return shipping and we will provide you with a complete refund (original shipping too) when we receive your returned order.

If you feel your ID or ID Holder are defective in any way, please send us an email info@breckid.com and we will provide you with instructions for its replacement or refund (your choice).
